Where's the running?

I know what you're thinking, this blog has been up for almost a week and not one mention of running...What gives?

I had surgery about two and a half months ago and I have not been cleared for running yet. I'm hoping today will be that day!

As soon as I get the OK to run I'm going to start planning my summer races. Colorado runners any favorites?
